We collect only what the service needs: your email address, the emails of approvers you invite, the approval requests your software sends (title, details, metadata) and their decisions, and billing records kept by our payment processor, Stripe.

We use this data only to run the service: to send sign-in links and approval emails, show your history, deliver your webhooks, and bill you. We don't sell it or use it for advertising.

Processors: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments).

Approval requests are kept while your account is active. Email support@getaskfirst.com to export or delete your data.
