Askfirst ("the service") lets software ask people to approve actions by email. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your responsibilities
- Only invite approvers who expect to hear from you. Approvers must accept an invitation before they receive requests.
- Don't use the service to send spam, harass anyone, or for anything illegal.
- Keep your API keys secret. You're responsible for requests made with them.
- An approval is a signal to your software. You remain responsible for what your software does.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time from the dashboard; the plan stays active until the period ends. Fees already paid aren't refunded except where the law requires it.
Availability
We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.
